Stephanie Douglass, has over 25 years of human resources experience focusing on a range of disciplines including employee relations, staff planning, DEIB, performance management, recruiting, mergers and acquisitions, compensation, learning and development and internal communications. She has significant experience in multi-cultural, global business environments. She’s lead the People function at Quizlet (EdTec), Vungle (AdTech) and OpenTable. Earlier in her career she held a variety of roles at Ketchum, Inc. including SVP, Human Resources where she served on the Senior Leadership Teams for multiple divisions.

She has a B.A. and M.A. in Humanities from San Francisco State University, her certificate in Diversity and Inclusion by eCornell, has completed the Advance Coaching Certification program at Columbia University and is Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Qualified.

At JSA Steph will serve as a key advisor to the executive leadership team and lead all pillars of the people function including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Compliance, HR Operations, Organizational Development and Total Rewards. HR is responsible for people in all JSA’s locations, including the corporate offices in San Francisco, Dublin, and Singapore.
