Community & Giving
The Jackson Square Aviation team supports a number of industry-related charitable organisations, as well as the local communities in which our teams live and work. Our policy on ‘community and giving’ is to encourage and motivate team members to volunteer and to become involved in fundraising, collecting and donating.
JSA’s ‘community and giving’ initiatives include sponsorship of at least two volunteering events per annum, in both San Francisco and Dublin. Employees are encouraged to volunteer for initiatives and, if required, are given leave to enable them to take part. We endeavour to match individuals with programmes that suit their abilities and interests, and the company will make a financial donation.
JSA also has a formal charity match programme which recognises the importance of personal contributions to charities and organisations that are meaningful to our employees. Our generous programme matches our employees financial donations up to a maximum per year to eligible non-profit organisations and charities.
