Jackson Square Aviation Announces Retirement of CFO Wilson Chen

Jackson Square Aviation (‘JSA’), a full-service commercial aircraft finance company, announced today that Mr. Wilson Chen, Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President of Operations, will retire from the Company after more than 15 years of dedicated service, effective June 30, 2025. His successor will be announced in due course.

His unwavering commitment to our team members, customers, and mission has been a cornerstone of our success, through both prosperous and challenging times. Wilson leaves a legacy of trust, integrity, and leadership that will continue to guide us into the future.  He will be missed but his positive impact on our Company will continue.”

Since participating in the founding of JSA in 2010, Wilson has exemplified the passion and drive that define JSA. His contributions have been pivotal as the Company has grown from a true “start-up” into a $10+ billion company over the past 15 years.

Wilson has brought not only his financial and operational expertise to his role as CFO but also his sense of humor and strong sense of conviction. His leadership and the example he set for JSA’s team members have been instrumental in navigating the Company through periods of significant growth and transformation.
