Jonathan Ray Santos serves as Senior Vice President at Jackson Square Aviation (JSA), where he has led global information systems and technology initiatives since 2013. In this role, Jonathan and his global team are responsible for developing and maintaining information systems internal controls, directing global IT mandates, and modernizing JSA’s operational technology infrastructure. Jonathan brings over 25 years of experience in the information technology industry, including more than 18 years of J SOX compliance experience. His background spans information services, technology, governance, and large scale operational environments, enabling him to take a practical, risk aware approach to enterprise technology leadership. Prior to joining JSA, Jonathan held senior leadership roles at Takeda San Francisco and XOMA, experiences that further broadened his expertise across regulated industries. Across these roles, he has developed a strong generalist perspective, combining security, governance, and operational execution to support business objectives at scale.
